When you walk into an Olive & Oak Stage, you can immediately feel the care, intention, and thoughtfulness put into the space. A buyer feels it, too. After all, most buyers aren’t interior designers—so a vacant space can feel bland or underwhelming without the ability to imagine its possibilities.
In addition to giving the buyer a snapshot into their future life in the home, they have plenty of places to sit down and truly enjoy the space. They might even be comfortable enough to discuss an offer…
