THE PROCESS
vacant staging
BID
1
Getting a bid is painless! Text Colby with the following: property address, rooms you want staged, your email address and when the house will be ready (bonus points if you include photos of the space!) or fill out our form. You can expect a same-day bid, free of charge or obligation. We just love that you’re considering us to stage your huge investment!
accept
2
After the bid is accepted and the deposit is paid, your stage is confirmed! Colby will schedule the stage as well as a pre-stage walkthrough for planning purposes. The pre-stage walkthrough could be as close as the day before the stage.
INSTALL
3
On the day of the stage, we’ll let you know when we’re on the way and when the stage is completed. We’ll also send you photos and/or videos of our work. We’re confident you’ll love it as much as we do!
destage
4
The life of a stage is negotiable, but generally the stage stays 4-6 weeks or until the home is under contract. We do our best to accommodate your timeline needs. We’ll give you a heads up when your house is 1-2 weeks out from the planned destage. At this time, we’ll confirm the date with you and let you know what time we plan to arrive. As always, we will notify you when we’re enroute and when the destage is completed!

THE PROCESS
occupied staging
consult
1
Since you’ll be living in the home during the stage, Colby will come to your home for an initial consultation. The cost of this consultation is $150, which will be credited back to you when you decide to stage with us.
bid
2
Colby will share the staging bid on the same day as the in-person consultation. It will include a credit for the staging consultation and an itemized list of rooms being staged.

3
Once the bid is formally accepted and the deposit is received, we’ll get your stage booked in the calendar!

The staging looked amazing. Looked so much more homy than we ever made it look. We also received four offers in one weekend after pictures were released.
